Blue to Green @Oak Tree Farm

Oak Tree Farm logo.jpeg

Blue to Green is an informal outdoor group that runs on some Wednesday mornings from 10.30am to 12.30pm

It is free to attend and open to anyone who wants to come along and enjoy Oak Tree Community Farm, Rushmere St Andrew, Ipswich. Find out more here:  About - The Oak Tree Community Farm (the-oak-tree.co.uk)

We work as volunteers on the farm for a couple of hours - there are a variety of tasks of various types and no experience is needed and we stop mid-way and brew up a hot drink and chat.

Equipment is provided  - and if you have them bring your gardening gloves!

You do not need to be a member of the farm community to come along - letting us know on the day is appreciated if you are coming.

And it is fine to come along and just enjoy the farm and the company - no obligation to do any volunteering work!

There is an accessible composting loo on the site.

Accessibility: There is a car park at the farm then a short walk (100 metres) on a grassy path to get to the meeting place where we can sit. Moving around the farm is on uneven paths

MORE INFORMATION: If you want to find out more and the specific dates of the sessions, which vary with the seasons, do email Sue on sue@bwis.online
